An Icon of Kingscliff 24 Moss Street
HIA Award Winning Project 2019
$300,000 - $600,000
Northern NSW - Gold Coast
This renovation has been an amazing transformation but the main feature to this renovation would undoubtedly be the lounge and family rooms, with original trussed ceiling at 2400 being completely removed and exposed timber rafters raked ad built inside original roof space, new fireplace and stone feature walling along with suspended concrete plinth.
Remodelling of internal walls in and around the main bedroom and laundry were major. The laundry as removed and placed in garage space, existing laundry turned into main ensuite and shower recess and new walk in robe.
Square setting throughout gave it a more modern look with nice clean lines. Shadow lines around all windows and doors complements the overall feel. New French Oak solid timber flooring with original stairs overlayed, a glass walk over into the butlers pantry from the kitchen and curved ceiling I kitchen and top balcony give it an overall feel of space.
Two pac kitchen with stone tops is modern and makes the most of the original small space. Porcelain tiles through bathrooms with stunning herringbone feature tiling. Fully voice activated lighting.
New front entry timber door widened from original 820 to 920 door which makes a lot of difference when moving furniture in!! New epoxy flooring on garage floor and tiling around entire balconies.
